In February 2014, Poly Property Group won the “Kai Tak Development” Project through bidding, which is in the charge of Poly Property (Hong Kong) Company limited. The “Kai Tak Development” Project is the first overseas project controlled by Poly Property Group, nowadays, the constructional preparations are being made and the whole project is progressing very well.
